E. Edward “Sandy” Carman, OD, is a board-licensed Comprehensive Optometrist serving patients at our Kennesaw location. He offers a range of services including comprehensive eye exams with prescriptions for eyeglasses and contact lenses, and treatment of various ocular conditions such as dry eye disease, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and diabetic eye disease, among others.

Dr. Carman earned his Doctor of Optometry at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN after attending Southern Adventist University where he received his Bachelor of Science. He also earned his MBA in Healthcare Management at Western Governors University and is a member of the Georgia Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Carman is a native resident of Marietta, GA, where he owned an optometry practice for 30 years. He loves building relationships with his patients and seeing them over the years. When he is not taking care of patients, he enjoys exploring new destinations and cherishing his time with family and friends.
