Your vision is our mission! We want you to love your new eyewear, but if for any reason you don’t, your purchase from us can be exchanged or remade one time* for any reason. Maybe you went out-of-the-box and tried something different… or maybe you didn’t, but now you wish you did? The opticians at Thomas Eye Group are committed to helping you look and feel your best!
Please come to any of our offices for minor repairs or adjustments on your eyewear. We always provide this free of charge.
Corrective eyewear is a custom-made product designed specifically for the prescription and lifestyle needs of the individual wearer. Due to this highly customized nature, Thomas Eye Group is unable to issue refunds as a matter of policy.
From time to time, we might find that a prescription needs modification to provide you with optimal vision. Occasional fine-tuning of an eyeglass prescription is part of our relentless pursuit of prescribing perfection. If your doctor modifies your prescription**, we are happy to assist!
If your eyewear is part of a casualty, we have you covered! We back our prescription products with a one year† unconditional warranty. This warranty covers frames and lenses. Whether it’s accidental damage, a manufacturer’s defect, a broken lens, or a scratch, our team will provide you with a replacement.
*Within the first 60 days of purchase, at no additional cost to the patient, except where a more expensive product is selected. Account credit may be administered where applicable. Frames must be in a new, resalable condition. See our opticians for more details. Exception if you have used vision insurance that requires Thomas Eye to utilize the insurance companies' lab, then the insurance companies' policies supersede Thomas Eye Group’s policy.
**Remakes due to physician change of prescription allowed up to 3 times within the first 90 days of purchase. For patients under 12 years of age, changes may be made up to 120 days from the date of purchase in the event of physician prescription change. See one of our opticians for additional details.
†Valid for one year from the date of purchase and subject to a $25 warranty copay for frames or lenses, administered when the warranty is utilized. Must return 2/3 of the frame to be eligible.
