Dr. Jeff Mellom is a comprehensive optometrist providing personalized, high-quality vision care to patients at our City Springs office. With a strong foundation in primary eye care, he offers a wide range of services, including thorough eye examinations and expert contact lens fittings.
Before joining Thomas Eye Group, Dr. Mellom practiced in both private and commercial settings across Greenville, SC; Augusta, GA; and for the past 20 years, throughout metro Atlanta—primarily serving patients in the Buckhead area. He is known throughout the community for his patient-focused care and attention to detail.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University in Indiana and received his Doctor of Optometry from Ferris State University in Michigan.
Dr. Mellom lives in Kennesaw and is the proud father of two grown children. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing basketball, cheering on the Atlanta Braves, and spending time with his family.
