Thomas Eye Group offers a variety of contact lens options from top brands including Alcon®, Acuvue®, Baush+Lomb®, CooperVision®, and X-Cel®.
Lens designs that we offer include soft, rigid (gas permeable), hybrid, and scleral lenses. People often choose soft lenses because they conform to the shape of the eye. Thin and gel-like, they stay in place well. They are a perfect choice if you are on the go and live an active lifestyle. They correct for myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism.
For people who need both distance and near in their contacts, bi-focal contacts to take care of this need. They come in daily-wear soft, two-week soft, monthly soft, extended-wear soft lenses, and rigid gas permeable (RGP). Your contact lens specialist will make recommendations on which of these lens options would best fit your individual needs.

What Makes EyePrintPRO™ so different?
EyePrint® Impression Process
I suffered an eye infection in 2010 that left me with a scar on my cornea and distorted vision. As a pilot and a weekend athlete, the loss of vision was devastating. And as an executive in the eye care industry, I am a very picky customer when it comes to comfort and fit of something on my eye.
The only way to restore vision, I was told, was with a scleral lens that would vault over the scar in my eye, and correct the vision. At first, my eye doctor tried to fit me with an off-the-shelf scleral lens. The vision was excellent, but because of abnormalities in the white part of my eye, the lens was unbearably uncomfortable, and I could not wear it for more than a few minutes.
I then went to a specialized clinic that makes custom scleral lenses. Over several weeks, many visits, and over a dozen different lens designs (and lots of fingers in and out of my eye), I ended up with a scleral lens that was half-decent, but that was the state of the art, and the best I could expect.
I then came to see Buddy Russell at Thomas Eye Group. He was using a brand new system called EyePrint®. The EyePrint® system creates a completely individualized and customized contact lens that is an exact mirror image of the surface of one’s eye, no matter how irregular the surface of the eye; it is like having a glove custom made for your hand.
In the first visit, Buddy took an imprint of my eye, and two weeks later, I had a custom-made scleral lens that fit my eye perfectly and gave me my excellent vision. I am able to wear the lens all day with no sense of it being there.
I am a difficult patient, as I am picky, and my eye is a mess. But, between Buddy’s skill and the latest technology, I have a great solution to a vision problem that I thought was going to take away important parts of my life. Thanks, Buddy and Thomas Eye Group!
