We offer a one-year limited warranty on the frames we sell. The warranty covers manufacturer defects such as peeling and cracking of the frames or broken hinges, but not accidental damage such as demolished or chewed up frames.
All lenses are backed with a 90-day unconditional warranty, including up to two prescription changes as well as a frame exchange should you decide you are unhappy with your initial selection.
Lenses purchased with a premium Crizal Anti-Glare (Sapphire, Rock, Prevencia) coating come with a one-year scratch warranty. Standard anti-glare and non-anti-glare lenses will have a 90-day warranty.
*Frames and lens warranties will each generate a $25 patient co-pay (prescription changes excluded)
We understand that kids lose their glasses every now and then! We now offer a one-time total replacement on all children's glasses.
We will honor a one-time replacement of the entire pair (frame and lens) within one year of the purchase date for a co-pay of $50 should your child lose their glasses.*
*Must be the same frame purchased and same prescription originally prescribed (we will substitute frame style of previous one is no longer available at the time).
Corrective eyewear is a custom-made product designed specifically for the prescription and lifestyle needs of the individual wearer. Due to this highly customized nature, Thomas Eye Group is unable to issue refunds for glasses purchased. All sales are final.
Please come to any of our offices for minor repairs or adjustments on your eyewear. We always provide this free of charge.
We want you to love your new eyewear! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or remake the glasses one time* for any reason. Maybe you went out-of-the-box and tried something different... or maybe you didn't, but now you wish you did? The opticians at Thomas Eye Group are committed to helping you look and feel your best.
We will take back any unopened, unmarked, undamaged boxes of contacts up to one year from the date of purchase.
A credit will be given in the amount of the returned product. The credit can be used any time within the next 90 days towards new contacts, prescription eyeglasses, or nonprescription sunglasses.
Monetary refunds will not be issued.
*Within the first 60 days of purchase, at no additional cost to the patient, except where a more expensive product is selected. Exchanged frames must be in new and resalable condition. Use of vision insurance may bind Thomas Eye Group to the policies and procedures of your insurance company, which may differ from and supersede the policies of Thomas Eye Group. *Refunds will not be given for any lens selection that is lower priced than the original lens selection.
**Remakes due to physician change of prescription allowed up to 2 times within the first 90 days of purchase. For patients under 12 years of age, changes may be made up to 120 days from the date of purchase in the event of physician prescription change (exam must have been done within 60 days of purchase date).
