Thomas Eye Group began using a comprehensive patient satisfaction survey tool in early 2011. This tool is provided by Allergan Access and is used exclusively by eye care providers throughout the nation. The benefit of this specific survey is that the database compares us to other eye care providers to that we get meaningful comparative information. Our patients returned 4.977 surveys in 2011 and 6,664 in 2012. This is a high rate of return and we are very appreciative to our patients who have taken the time to provide this valuable feedback.
